To the top of Hong Kong

Great trip on tram. Mist meant that view from Galleria viewing platform was poor. We followed the Harlech/Lugard Road walk - well worth doing and excellent views.

We went there by bus and returned by peak tram (as there was huge queue for tram on the way up). We went there in the evening (around 7 pm). Views of Hong Kong skyline from the top are superb and there are plenty of dining options. It is a 1-2 hour activity and must do when in Hong Kong.

Visited this in April. Strongly recommend the Peak Tram to get around. Do get there early so that you can eat in one of the restaurants with a view out there. Also, please check the weather updates in advance, since that can have a bearing on your experience.

During our stay there was not one clear day to visit the peak but we did so as we wanted to see if there had been any changes after our last visit 6 years ago. There are many shops and dining options on both sides of the buildings on the peak. Prices are dearer than in Central. McCafe is a... More

You will appreciate the beauty of Hong Kong when you come to Victoria peak. Best time to go there is around 5pm so you can have time to watch the sunset and night view of the city.

We took the star ferry from kowloon and connected to the 15 bus to Victoria Peak. It was a long ride to the top but very interesting to see the neighborhoods on Hong Kong Island, Gorgeous day.

I have visited Hong Kong at least 4 times so far and I never miss this place...Morning is like a nature peak and evening is like a light ornament show.

Only go on a clear day as without the view it won't be up to much. Try and go early as it's really busy with long queues for the tram up. You can join a really short queue if you have tickets for the hop off/on bus which helps. Lots of places to eat and shop at the top.
