We signed up for our day tour from HK to Shenzhen with Grayline Tours at the tour desk of our hotel. For me, the price was worth the effort of having all these taken care of if you are going to the Mainland just for a day and have only a few days in HK: timely hotel pickup/drop off at... More

This tour started badly (45 minutes not moving for no apparent reason). We then moved to the first stop Victoria peak. We had to wait 20 minutes (hence the previous wait) for the Sky Lift to open and were told to do some shopping before hand. Would have been ok if shops were open. A short sampan ride through the... This tour was 850HKD each and very poor. 7:40 pick up and first real sight was reached around Noon. swapped coaches 3 times before noon to tie up with other tourists. one bus was 5 "bucket style" shaped seats wide and was designed for children....very uncomfortable. First stop was a clock tower on water front... not really significant nor inaccessible... More

Went on the deluxe tour of Hong Kong which included a lunch at the jumbo floating restaurant. Tour was okay. Guide was easy to understand. Went to a temple. It was disappointing after lunch. Took us to a jewelry factory. Very high pressure sales and not that good of a deal. Biggest disappointment was taking us to Stanley open market... More

We took the half day tour supposed to be their premium experience. It was supposed to last 6 hours but actually the tour is less than 4 hours, rest of the time they are in a hurry to beat the traffic and get you back to your hotel. Time allowed at the tourist attractions is abysmally low. They cover Victoria... More

What was good - jumping the line for the tram to the Peak, the Sampan boat ride at Aberdeen Harbour and the free pass for the City Tour with Ricksaw Buses. What was bad - we spent too long at the jewellery factory, which meant to arrived at Stanley Market when it was closing. I totally understand that there is... More

My husband and I travel quite a bit, and we usually take a city tour each time we arrive in a new city. The Grayline Tour we took of Hong Kong Island was the worst tour we have ever experienced. The guide offered very little commentary as we drove. He seemed much more interested in chatting with the driver. The... More

Naiomi was an excellent English speaking guide that went out of way to make sure everything went to schedule and her informative information also excelled...the bus was presented very well and so clean ..the seats were so clean they were slippery.
