If you need to get to Tsim Tsa Tsui/Kowloon, there is no easier way than Star Ferry. Plus, you get amazing photo opps of the HK skyline. At night, it’s even better. All for less than HKD 4 pp (about USD 50 cents) each way....More

Went numerous times going back and forth from Hong Kong Island and Kowloon as well as taking the Harbour Tour. It is a leisurely ride and excellent for families. Best to go on clear day obviously. As for time of year, there is inside and...More

We took the one hour harbour cruise to see the light show at 19.15 this cost slightly more expensive than the one either side of this time but was worth it,iconic views to remember.

NEVER take a Taxi between the two islands - Hong Kong and Kowloon. The best way is to commute by the ferry from Wan Chai to Kowloon. So easy, always on time and leisurely. Taxis get stuck in crazy traffic , especially at the toll...More

A very inexpensive boat ride, day or night, gives an excellent view of the Hong Kong skyline. Worth paying a little extra to travel on the upper deck (there are separate ways to enter depending upon choice of deck)

The Star Ferry Terminal is easy to find but it's not so easy to find the ticket office. Once we found them it was straightforward to buy tickets and then get on to the ferry. Enjoyable ride over to Hong Kong Island with choice of...More

The harbour tour is only HK100 during the day, and the 1.15pm one had only 16 customers on a Friday. Pleasant slow traverse of the Harbour, putting in briefly at Kowloon. Cost includes a canned drink and biscuits. Recommended.

Takes a few minutes to cross the harbour, and gives a nice view of all the skyscrapers. Cheap and worth doing.

Tsim Sha Tsui is one of the major tourist and shopping
areas of Hong Kong. With a high concentration of

busy and bustling neighbourhood that never sleeps. On
the surface, Tsim Sha Tsui seems to only feature an
abundant number of high-end retail stores selling
designer brands and jewelry, owing to its popularity
with high-budget shopping tours. However, it also
