My favorite shopping district; more branded fashion and boutique concepts. Of course, Lane Crawford Mall is must to visit. A very different style as compared to Tsim Sha Tsui; where more open street shopping (awful during raining days) & high fashion concepts.

Sams tailor in Kowloon was renowned the best in Hong Kong,unfortunately I have only used Tailors in China. Hope that helps,sorry for the delay in responding:)

U can try wan chai market shops with good deals and all different sizes.
