Parking - MTR station with airport express (1 stop & 30 minutes to airport) - so very convenient. Many shops and a supermarket - Marks & Spencer here too!

The step between Kowloon and Tsuen Wan regarded as an industrial area but with many residential complexes and estates. Great shopping mall in Maritime Square and a scenic promenade along Rambler channel. Lots of sporting activities in the stadium and adjacent swimming pool. Pleasant place to live, work and play.

I think it's weird that this is an attraction but if you are looking for a cheaper community just outside of Hong Kong central and just want to do some shopping or eating among locals this is a good place.

It's a dive, says something when the MTR station is the best bit. Only place somebody has ever attempted to pickpocket me. The housing reminds me of the soviet tower blocks with non-descript derelict shops, Mayfair gardens being especially bad. So much rubbish on the streets! Glad I've resisted visiting for so long! Won't come again... But then again there... More

You may visit the Tsing Yi park in the winter to see maple leafs. It has a great shopping centre and it is very closed to the Hong Kong Disneyland and Tung Chung Outlets… paradise for shopaholic.

I have lived in Tsing Yi island everytime I visited Hong Kong in the past 6 years. It is not in the middle of tourist attractions and a little far from most tourist attraction. But it is a good place to stay at if you can find lodging there. It has a park that provides a good walk with fresh... More

When we headed to the airport, we decided to stop at Tsing Yi station. As soon as you get off the train, you have this huge mall with a ton of shops and so many restaurants to choose from. The place is buzzing with locals that stop there for their lunch break and it is a great place to people... More

As I have seen many, Maritime Square is nothing extraordinary compare to others. The same chain shops including restaurants. If you went to any malls in Hong Kong, you have seen it.
