We loved to visit gardens on our travels, so we decided to visit this flower market while in Hong Kong. We were glad we did. It was just before Chinese New Year and the vendors were all getting ready for the festivities. I’ve never seen so many orchids for sale before. There were lots of other flowers and plants too,... We caught the MTR to Prince Edward and then walked the short distance to the Flower Markets. It was close to Chinese New Year when we visited so the quality and quantity of the goods was amazing. We wandered along amongst the sellers and buyers and absorbed the beauty and action surrounding us. It cost nothing but our time to... More

I went here to get some orchids, they were fairly inexpensive and there was lots of choice. they packaged them up and lasted for weeks once I got home.

I actually just sort of stumbled into this place as I was looking for Starbucks for some coffee. I am so glad that I got lost and found this beautiful flower market in Mongkok district of Hong Kong. I love the varieties of orchids, the different flowers, and of course the tulips and tulip bulbs that were being sold. The... More

Take a metro to Prince Edward station on the Kowloon site. Follow flower markets signs. Turn to the left: there you are among thousands of flowers, different varieties depending on season. I happened to be there in the shift of November/December. Christmas tree market was opened. Also we found a decoration shop, several floors full of decoration material, a heaven... More

This was more of a "see when in the area". You walk along a street full of flower shops, and everything smells nice, and looks nice and the shops are bustling with people, and the atmosphere is nice, but that is it. As a tourist you can't really buy any plants with you - maybe a flower pot. We went... More

Like previous reviewer before me, the only reason my girlfriend and I visited the flower market was because we were queuing for "One dimsum". You can find many flowers here but not much variety. Personally, if you are on a tight schedule, you can skip this "attraction".

Flower shop along the road. We visit here because we have time when queue for "one dim sum" around the area. The flowers are beautiful. But i dont think it's must visit area.

Green thumbs will love a walk along flower market road. While we could not really buy anything the standard of flowers was unbelievable. It is worth a look and link it up with the other markets in the area.
