A fascinating visit and a great way to understand how China has become a country of so many very large cities. The Temple is well laid out and easy access so worth spending a good hour simply walking around and looking at the exhibition.

Probably the Chinese are trying hard to preserve some of their cultural past. This is a good example in the heart of Chongqing. This temple is really encased in the highrise building around and the subway line underneath it.

Location best visited with a guide other wise your really dont know the significance of all the little thinks in place turning a one hour walk into a half day experience. The blend of the old and the new is worth capturing on photo.
