Second gate to get into Forbidden City, again impressive and an emotional experience. All of it is beautiful to visit.

This is the second major gate in the south of the Forbidden City. Huge and impressive, this provides a great backdrop for photographs without too many tourists.

A beautiful gate with interesting concrete work and statues. Classical Chinese architecture and very photogenic.

My recollection of visiting is that the correct name was Gate of Supreme Harmony. The first of many featured buildings as you enter the Forbidden City.
