Not recommended to visit during school vacation! Seems parents could not find a better place to bring their children to scream and run like a kinder garden... This is supposed to be a museum not a playground! Easy to arrive, close to Water Cube and Olympic Green (Yayuncun). To arrive, take Subway Line 15 and get down on Olympic Park... More

There's a big variety of animals, several expositions and a huge whale's skeleton. As for me it's pretty interesting and nicely done. However, there're almost no explanations about animals in English. You can buy an audio guide though.

This is a relatively new museum attached to a research institute. It’s close to the Olympic site but not as easily accessible as other places of interest. You can walk west from the Olympic Park subway station along Datun Rd for about 750m (it’s on the north side as the road tunnel emerges) or take bus 328 from Andingmen to... More
