China is a fascinating country to visit although the big barrier is the language unless you are not fluent in Chinese. Said that going around Beijing with Layover Tours made us saving lot of time and allowed us to see the highlights of the city in one day! Linda, the driver, has been simply outstanding! Very helpful (among the other things she reserved us the access to Tiananmen square for the following day), accomodating and with great English. We have been there during Chinese holidays so you can imagine the mess but with Linda and Layover everything has been smooth! The service ìs worthy every single RMB € or $ you will spend! If we will go back already we know who to contact again for sure!

Safe driver, friendly, very good English, patient, clean car. Helped as translator at the box office at Muntianyu section of the Great Wall. My friends and I requested the driving service on a Saturday afternoon and the driver was available Sunday morning.

we were 3 friends had an 11 hours layover in beijing on the way to Thailand, after contact with this company, we decided to visit the mutianyu great wall.
Our driver Mr Wong speak good english, knowledgeable and friendly, we had a great time at the great wall.

Perfect english spoken tour. Nice guide and perfect service. Pick up at the airport and communication went smooth. At our request an extra stop at the old part of beijing was arranged.

I have used this service in a couple of capacities -- on a quick layover trip and during a longer vacation in Beijing.
For our quick 10-hour layover stay, Angela and her team provided wonderful service. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke English really well. I liked that we were able to customize the trip.
We visited the Great Wall (Badaling section…wanted to see the Mutianyu section but that would have added another hour+ drive time), Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, the Drum and Bell Towers and surrounding hutongs, and the 798 Art District on our way back to the airport. It was a really quick pace but we got to see everything we hoped for. BTW, our tour guide recommended a really good restaurant near the Drum Tower. We loved their 羊肉串! Ask them about it!
For the longer trip, we visited Beijing for a week. Angela helped customize for our group of 5. We opted for the passenger van aka “bread van” over the sedan (more room to spread out, we could have fit 7 or 8 comfortably).
Highly recommended whether you are visiting for a quick layover trip or longer stay.

Excellent communication via whatsapp and understanding when our flight was delayed and we had a delay getting through the visa point in Beijing. We also managed to get lost inthe airport and Angela was very helpful in helping us get to thr driver. Driver was kind and welcoming. We had plenty of time to walk up to the great wall and go to the forbidden city. Thank you for a lovely layover tour
