Music is too loud, though the answer is "Kenyan loves loud music". Not 100% sure of that, especially into the late afternoon.
There is too little control of the slides. When one is out and the next can go. I hit a guy pretty badly with my feet since he was not really out of the slide. Also, had a hit myself.
In the smaller slides the guard is also paying too little attention to what he should. Kids climbing up slides were small kids are coming down. Sooner or later that will result in something more than minor injuries :(
Food ordering taking up to 1 hour? What is that? This needs to be improved, and we are happy we were there on a weekday.
On a few slides the lines in front of them/up to them should be controlled a little.

Finally, it is a very beautiful park, with nice slides for kids and a youngsters. Prices are ok, and our kids and ourselves loved going there.

Visited with kids after 5 years. Place hasn't changed one bit.
Came on a public holiday very early and place was empty.
Reception was OK when booking tickets. However, the bag checking was stupid. It does say no foods allowed, but no water? It's shocking the way they rummage in your bags, looking for food! I've never come across this kind of behaviour anywhere else.
Toilets and changing rooms were clean enough. However, there's no family or baby changing rooms. We had to use a bench for the little one.
Slides have seen slightly better days but on the plus side, Park was empty so no queues.
Overall, OK to visit with the kids if you're on holiday and looking to keep them busy. The fact that it was empty on a public holiday shows it's not the most popular place in Mombasa.

make sure you ask the lady to show you the slides that are under maintenance (closed) so that you dont pay the costly price for baby slides!!! Do Not Pay Before You Confirm which slides are operational because when i went the major huge slides were all under maintenance and it dint bother the staff much :)

We found wild waters a fun place. The children, and their daddy, had a lot of fun. The place us mostly clean, other than the (gents') changing rooms, and the lazy river. The latter could do with a retouch of paint work, and the former should have cleaners going in every so often to mop the floor.

The landscaping is great.

The variety of water based activities to cater for different age groups is OK.

I liked the staff's attention to safety.

The food options are acceptable, and the food (at least what we had), good.

Owners/management should look in to giving the front area (the road frontage, the car parking area and the reception area) a spruce up so that they look as good as the activity areas.

More umbrellas/gazebos for 'spectators' would be a good idea.

By Kenyan standards, the entry fee of KShs 1, 200 per head is steep, but in my view, we got value for money.

Hi Kenneth, Thank you for the in-depth and balanced review of our venue. We are glad you highlighted our attention to safety as we strive to ensure the highest standards at our venue. We took your comments on board and implemented many of your suggestions as part of our annual maintenance work. Our facility has now been fully repainted, including the Lazy River. We apologise if you found the gents bathroom to be a bit unclean, however we do strive to pay utmost attention to the cleanliness of our park. On days that the park is really busy, at times it does get out of hand, but we shall continue our efforts in ensuring the bathrooms remain clean and tidy for our guests. And lastly, we launched new rates to attract fans that would like to come to the park more often, with better saving and deals. The information is available on our website and may interest you the next time you visit the park. All in all, thank you for the your review and we hope to have you at our premises again the next time you visit the park

The kids always love Wild Waters and never want to leave the place. No queues for the slides. But they need to fix the hot concrete ramps and a few more trees would be nice. But overall great place to take the kids.

Wild Waters is an absolute fun place to hang out with family and friends....but....it is easy to get lost as there is no clear sign on the road, so you can easily miss the place.

The slides were fun and the place is clean but we found the rates to be exorbitant and too limiting. The staff were kind but not too enthusiastic and quite aloof.

Of course this does not come close to the AMAZING raging waters in the US, but should one compare this to the West? Nope, so, for Kenyan standards its fun, i have to say. Have been there twice and once my toddler is also able to go, i shall take her too!

Good for kids as they have a baby pool too.

Negatives are the bumper cars are not always available, but when they are, they are fun and not really expensive. The other ride has been out of order for year.
Prices have shot up!

Came here on New Year’s Day. Wanted to have a relaxing time with the family.
I have to say the place need serious maintenance. The slides look old and worn out. And overall the whole place looks that way. The lifeguards have no care about what’s going on. The crew at the top of the slides are just as careless. The water was mucky and a certain odour there at one place. The stairs to the slides were a mess.
We ordered pizza for lunch with was good. The milkshakes were also thick n creamy. Loved that.
This is a really good place. If only it was maintained the way it’s supposed to be.

Dear Basm, Thank you for the review of our facility. Whereas we understand some of the points you have made, we're saddened by focus on only the negatives and not the positives. We received over 10,000 visitors in the 10-day festive season period, and managed to ensure a clean and safe environment for everyone to enjoy. From ensuring a clean bathroom facilities, to safe locker facilities, and a fun and exciting environment for families to enjoy - our team has worked very hard all year to ensure that this one a kind park remains a truly memorable venue. Our slides, whereas they look faded from years of sunshine and calcium deposits (something that we are working to fix in this January maintenance period), still work perfectly to give our guests an adrenaline-rush and are 100% safe to use. We ensure that all the joints that make up the slide are fixed to prevent scraps and injuries to our guests. Further, our pool staff have to endure hours and hours under the Coastal sun to ensure that all the guests are using the slides in a safe manner to prevent injuries to themselves and to other guests. We are proud to say that we had no significant injuries during this Festive period even with the huge number of guests. And lastly, as you mentioned, Wild Waters serves amazing food and beverages - something that we have also worked hard to ensure that our Catering Standards are maintained. There are numerous challenges that exist to operate this one of a kind destination in Kenya, and our team work tirelessly to try and navigate those challenges. We do take your comments with the seriousness it deserves, and we shall work towards addressing some of those points you described. However, we would like to also focus on some of the positives about Wild Waters being the best Family Entertainment Venue in Mombasa. Thank you.

Went there first time. The price is not worth it cause some slides don’t work. The price should be reduced or the slides need to be maintained. The slides that work are actually fun. It’s a nice place to spend the day out but I think they need to maintain it. The pool where the slides are is too shallow so when you slide, you can injure yourself.
The lazy river isn’t flowing. Maintenance needs to improved.
