The Giraffe Park was a good sight and beautiful. The most enticing aspect was how the attendants cared for the animals.
Outstanding day visiting the giraffes. The site gets extremely busy right after the elephant visiting is finished, but if you wait an hour, everyone leaves and then you have the giraffes all to yourself. The guides know a lot about the giraffes and you can...More

Giraffes should by rights be free and running wild, but these giraffes, which you can feed from their eye level, atop a wooden rampart, seem healthy and happy enough. What impressed me most about this facility was the local schoolchildren, there on group tours, are...More
Not sure if there are stipulated feeding times.. We went around 1pm and stayed for an hour. Here, you're allowed to get up close with the giraffes, to feed them little food pellets with you hand and if you're daring, your mouth. It's a 20...More
This location gets you up close and personal with the giraffes - feed, touch and view. The guide gave us great information about this species of mammal. It was up close and amazing to do.
You can feed the giraffes with pellets supplied. Staff friendly helpful. A small display. Also warthogs. Obviously not in the wild so some don't like it, but a close up experience. Suggest elephant orphanage at 11.00-1200. Do giraffes 45-60 minutes before or after the elephants.
A must, a definite must. Amazing experience especially for the children - first hand experience with the giraffes up so close..amazing.
