Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you would like to have a 360 degree view of Nairobi then this is it! Awesome! I’m thrilled I went! This is a bird’s eye view of Nairobi. At night it must be amazing too.

Amazing views of the city, 27 storeys above ground. Certainly puts Nairobi into perspective. Well worth the fee of 500 KSh per person. Be warned, there’s still 4 sets of stairs and a spiral staircase to climb after alighting on the 27th floor. Important consideration for the mobility challenged!

We went to the top of tower at sunset. It’s actually a helicopter landing pad. We enjoyed spending 2 hours up there taking in the views of Nairobi.

Initially, I was told by friends that this was just okay, but I really enjoyed my visit to the top. The elevator ride is only KSH 5000 and I enjoyed the 30 min I spent at the top looking at all of Nairobi. It was a beautiful day with great visibility.

This was a fun spot to see in Nairobi, you need an ID (we used a driver's license). You pay a small fee and get to go the helicopter pad to look out on the city.
