What a great, real way to experience Nairobi, and you get a decent length walk. Highly recommended. I was lucky to do it on my own so I could customize the route somewhat.

This is the best walking tour my boyfriend and I have ever been on. We had a guide for each of the people on the tour and each of them were excellent. Very personable and immediately likable. We can’t recommend this highly enough. We spent...More

We felt safe and at ease immediately we met these entrepreneurial young men who have each risen out of poverty, homelessness and all that goes with that. Each of us had one of the storytellers alongside and we heard their stories as we walked through...More

For those that are interested in a non-sanitized view of cities when they travel, this is an incredible experience. These storytellers tell very real stories of growing up in slums, their checkered past, and how they found the motivation to turn things around. With the...More

Very polite and protective young men who have seen the worst of human conditions and risen above it. This tour is keeping them off the streets, the gangs and the drugs. The benefit for me was understanding the underbelly of this city and all cities...More
