A must see while in Egypt. Could never get enough looking at them. Much larger in person than imagined. Many tour guides near there.

Less crowded than the Big Pyramid the second Pyramid of Khafre is also a wonder of the world. It is refreshingly less crowded and more easily seen which makes for some good photos plus there are far less hawkers. I spent more time there simply...More

We only visited Khafre, so I can’t compare to Keops. There are small access shafts which are not good for claustrophobic people. The interior is basic, with a large chamber. If the desire is to check off being inside the pyramid from your bucket list,...More

This pyramid is technically shorter, but built on a higher part of the plateau so that it appears to be taller. Still an incredible feat. You can't enter, but taking photos of this beautiful work is amazing.

The Pyramid of Khafre is the 2nd biggest of the Great Pyramids and still has some of it's original covering. You don't realise how big it is until you are standing next to it - massive! Entry is only 160 Egyptian pounds. A must visit

Go there in the early morning when the sun light is getting stronger. Less people and more time to find the right spot without other tourists on the pics

When I saw this I cried. Never thought I'd ever see them let alone touch. Amazing. No pictures can prepare you for the moment you stand before them. Just go. Do it with a proper guide, otherwise you will be pestered and ripped off.
