I have stayed here for few month. so nice place. good for work, walk, eat and relax. I hope that I can come back to this place in the near future!!

it,s island , you can see tow views for nile from it also you can find old buildings and you can feel old egypt in it

I go there four times a week,,nice neighbour hood,,has forginers and embassy zone,,variety of cafes and resturants of all cusines and budgets..sweet shops and lately a new cinema opened there..zamalek cinema ..go sit by the nile in one of its cafes

In world of scenic artificial waterfront, Nile river lack a good waterfront. The boat cruise restaurants are lousy and old setup.

Very good place for walking , cafe , restaurants , nightclubs with awesome view of river Nile , i suggest zamalek for every one who will come to visit Cairo

We enjoyed being on this island, it has plants and is not as dirty as the rest of the city. Some nice restaurants are here, fun to walk around.
