A very nice center that contains a wide variety of traditional crafts. You actually see the people working in front of you. There is also a shop that you can purchase from. The place can be better maintained.

I went there during their festival of copper artworks festival. it was focused on copper & brass crafts. But there are many shops for various kinds of Egypt's traditional arts & crafts; Tapestry, Leather goods, Batik Garments, Silver Jewelry, Patch work, Handmade textiles,... etc. It's just around the corner from Suspended Church, Bin Ezra Synagogue, Amr Ibn Al 3ass Mosque, Coptic Museum, Babylon Fortress & Many Historic churches. In the center of Religious Complex Region where you can visit antiquities for all the holy religions in the same area. It's also near to what is so called the pottery village & Darb 18 Modern Art center. A day around this place is going though historical eras of Egypt.…
