I booked a Express Pedicure and 60 minute Traditional Thai Massage at the Heavenly Spa by Westin. This spa brand will always have a special place in my heart because I got to try out some very unique massages at the Heavenly Spa in Westin, Mena Seyahi, Dubai a few years ago. This is where I got a 'Rain' Massage, done with rain sticks; a most interesting experience I must say! Anyway, this spa is beautiful. The staff are friendly and sweet. I started with the pedicure in the early afternoon, and came back for the Thai massage in the evening, as I was staying at the Westin hotel. I was offered a yummy guava and cinnamon welcome drink on both occasions. For my pedicure, SHAYMAA was very professional and capable. She did a great job with my feet. Her pedicure was done very gently and I really enjoyed my clean, supple and soft feet afterwards. For my Thai massage, the therapist was PANNADA. She was equally as polite, though not as well-versed in English as Shaymaa. She washed my feet in her oval bowl with salt crystals. My massage was incredible! She eased away all my aches, pains and tensions. Her techniques were superb! She very skillfully manipulated and manoeuvred me just how I like it! The only thing I would have added to the experience was for her to step on my back, which is one of my most favorite Thai massage techniques. Maybe that move is done in the 90 minute session. I also wished Pannada covered my eyes with that small eye bean bag that they normally use when they are doing the frontal massage. I had to struggle to keep my eyes closed when I flipped over. Another slight issue was with the Egyptian lady that escorted me to the changing room. She didn't seem to speak a word of English, so we couldn't communicate, which shouldn't be the case since I don't speak Arabic, and this is an spa in an international hotel. Other things that I would have liked was to be provided with pyjamas, which are customary for Thai massages. I don't really like having to endlessly clutch a towel to my chest during a massage session, so the p.js would have been much better. I was provided with disposable boxer shorts instead. Though my Therapist asked me which areas of my body I wanted her to concentrate on, (and she did), I prefer to fill a guest form giving these details. It's just neater and more representative of a world class spa such as this. The spa is very lovely. They have all the necessary amenities. I took full advantage of the Sauna, Steam Room and Hot Tub. I'm glad they forewarned me the pool area was mixed! Everything was sparkling clean and very organized. I particularly loved my treatment room, with it's authentic Thai accents and mattress on the floor! I thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyed both my experiences at the Heavenly Spa by Westin, and I will look forward to returning at some future date by the special grace of God! 🙏🏽

Went there on December 6th . Massage was perfect, the atmosphere was excellent. The lady which did the massage her name is T.K. (hope that i got the name right) ,she was very professional, thank you. Clean and well maintained place. After the massage i went to the jacuzzi then for the heated pool, all was very good. The only downside was the shower room, they don't have any hangers !!! I was invited by my daughter but I think the price was about 1200 pounds which is reasonable (slightly overpriced).

many young boys complain to me about an elderly man who walks around naked and plays with his anus in the locker room in front of them. The boys complain to their parents. The parents complain to Birgit the spa manager and Birgit's response to me is: 'he is a lifetime member because he lives in the compound that houses the resort. So we cant do anything about it'." Our company has traveled to 73 countries. This is the worst run Spa and Hotel and Resort in the whole world. The manager of the spa is Birgit Marie Solheim. She runs the spa as if it is her own personal home. Her fellow employees are her family and the guests are a nuisance. We had memberships there for a full year. Many guests would complain to me that they feel as if they are being followed around by the staff. Birgit yells at guests as if they are little children on a school playground. The firs time we posted a comment about the poor management she threatened to take away our 'privileges' as if she were doing us a favor rather then us paying for use of the facilities. When we complained to the General maanger of the resort Eben Nel, he blamed us and told us we were involved in many problems. Really?

Every time I visit Heavenly Spa I always come out feeling as if I had spent a few hours in heaven! The Spa itself has a relaxing atmosphere where you can disconnect from the outside world. It is very well managed, scheduling an appointment is very easy, therapies always start on time and all areas are always very clean and tidy, including the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The pool area is great, the temperature of the water is nice and warm, plus they have some water jets for additional relaxation and a bar where you can order drinks to keep you hydrated. The Spa therapists are very professional; I've had had many treatments, massages, scrubs, facials and I've always enjoyed them all. I love their bathrobes, they are so nice and soft and their treatment beds are awesome since they can be heated so you won't feel cold during your massage. The relaxation area where they take you after your massage has cozy relaxing chairs and you can have hot tea, detox waters and some nuts. The Spa food menu is also very good, not only offering healthy but tasty dishes too. Birgit Marie Solheim, the Spa Manager is always very kind and friendly, providing a personalized service and going the extra mile in putting attention to details so your Spa visit will be special and enjoyable. I've been to other Spas in Cairo and this is definitely my favorite, I will for sure be going there again for a Xmas treat!

The Heavenly Spa is wonderful, it is the best and most spa I have seen. However, the Jacuzzi was not hot enough, I wish that the Jacuzzi is hot.
