No Shopping DMZ Half Day Tour from Seoul

Enjoy the highlights of the DMZ and get back to Seoul in time for lunch on a guided group tour. Listen to immersive commentary during visits to Imjingak Park, Dora Observatory, and other important landmarks. Have your camera ready for an unobstructed view of one of the world's most famous demilitarized zones. Best of all, this excursion does not include unnecessary shopping stops that other tours add on, which saves you valuable vacation time.

C ( 20.12.22 ) This park was one of Seoul's landmark. This park had cable car, tower and good trail. The road to top was well-managed and not steep, and had Seoul view with various angles. This park was located Seoul's center, and had various attraction around this park. Well managed and good park.

I love walking up Namsan. In the different seasons you can see all the beautiful scenery and nature changing. It is nice to go here and hike up as it is a long walk but it isn't too strenuous. The surrounding cafes and eateries often have amazing views. You don't even need to go up the tower to see incredible panoramas of Seoul. I would highly recommend it, especially as a free thing to do here.

This is a popular place with the locals, especially friends and couples as proven by the number of love locks there. There are restaurants and cafe up there and also instant photo taking machines. You can choose to climb all the way up or go up by foot. I choose the easier way and went up by cable car. Good place to have a meal and enjoy the views.

It helped that we went here on the first day so you can get to see Seoul and get your bearings. It is a huge city so it helps to see where everything from a bird's eye view. We were lucky that there was a cultural show as well at the bottom so that was enjoyable for the whole family to watch.

During October - Autumn I climbed to the top. Lot of stairs but great views during the way up. Do bring some water. The view on the top is almost 360 and you get a much better impression of the city. Took the cable cart down and walked through another park which has a part of the Seoul City Wall.
