We took the hop-on, hop-off bus of downtown/palace course. It was a single decker bus with advertising on the windows, which made it very hard to look across the aisle at anything taller than 1 story. The sound system, when it worked (which wasn't often)...More

I usually never complain but last night I took the Seoul City Bus tour at 7.30pm and was excited about seeing all the sights. We were stuck in traffic a lot and could really see nothing. The bus driver seemed so miserable and spoke continuously...More

I expected the same sort of tour I've had in Europe - I was wrong! The headphones give you very little information and not all of them work. Some of the drop offs are named after hotels rather than the tourism site which is of...More

We took the downtown / palace course. It was a little hard as the lady at the ticket booth didn't really speak english but we somehow managed. Also one or two of the sights on our course wasn't open due to it being a specific...More

The bus was fine and the narrative through the headphones was OK. The route took two hours to complete (12 - 2PM) for 22 stops. Good for an overview of Seoul, but don't plan to hop on and off much because of the traffic and...More

We booked tickets prepared for a great day touring Seoul on the last day of our honeymoon. We boarded the bus and took it to Itaewon for our first stop. Enjoyed Itaewon but then waited for a bus that was 12 minutes late and full...More

Actually it was not bad if you need to get a quick idea about main historical places. They offer 3 different tours. We choose the one for 2 hours, it passed very fast. It was for 12 Wong per ticket. Languages offered- English, Korean and...More

Wife had enough of walking in Seoul, so I took off for the Downtown Palace course on a Saturday on my own. I usually find myself taking the subway in most cities, but wanted to check out the overall city and figured that Saturday would...More

Samcheongdong / Bukchon
This historic neighbourhood was traditionally home to
Seoul’s middle and upper-classes. Now it’s most famed
for its clusters of beautiful, traditional Korean
homes (called hanok), many of which are found in
Bukchon. Many of these homes have now been converted
into restaurants, cafes, shops, and even guesthouses,
and their unique architecture offers a look at Korea’s
traditional beauty. Samcheongdong’s main and side
