One of the most unique library in the world. It’s a wonderful sight to see so many books and magazines stacked so high and such a wide selection all together these days. Cannot imagine the librarian having to upkeep the place. With the invasion of social media, rare to see so many people wanting to step into libraries. But there people are just flocking in to take photos, chilling with a drink or chatting with friends. It has truly become a must stop for people visiting the COEX mall. Highly recommended to drop in to have a look, snap a couple of photos for instagram or post a clip on TikTok. Do note it can get quite crowded at times, so be prepared to joust with others for your favorite or perfect spot.

We came here unplanned when we roamed the mall after visiting the Gangnam Statue. Uniquely designed shelves and book arrangements probably made it to one of Korea's tourist attractions. You'll find more tourists than actual readers.

I was prepared to be underwhelmed but hey it was just as in photos. Surprisingly, for a big library of that popularity inside a mall - many people taking photos and videos - it was quiet and people respected that this is actually a working library, despite it being so popular with the IG crowd. I do wish that they sell books too for those who are just in transit and don’t have time to stay and read.

Never seen such a beautiful and large library. The library has huge collection of books and was surprised to see many kids reading. The show was very good and decoration was excellent. Collection of books in every genre is mind blowing. Must visit place. You can take a train upto burgensa station and it leads directly to coex Mall.

We saw the pictures of it online and felt it was worth checking out and it was for a few quick pictures. The library is located inside Coex Mall and there are quite a few places to sit, drink a coffee or read a book. Bongeunsa is the closest metro station and The mall has quite a few popular restaurants and stores. Plan to spend about half an hour in the library area and more if you want something to eat or enjoy shopping.

This is a gorgeous library, although you probably won't read anything when you come here. Huge line up for some photo op spaces, it's beautiful and if you are here already you might as well line up for them. I would say it's worth a visit for you to just come out and see this, while the rest of the mall is a cherry on top.

If you visit Seoul, don't forget to visit this place.🤓 Covering an area of over 2,800 square meters, it houses more than 70,000 books and over 600 magazines. There are two levels of seating areas to choose from at your convenience. The 13-meter high bookshelves are a major attraction. Despite the bustling tourists, this is indeed a real library where people come to read. All the books on the shelves can be read as well (if you can reach them). I think Starfield Library was created to be more than just a library. It serves as a hangout spot, a place to rest, and a tourist attraction, with books as the central medium. Even though many people come with the intention of taking photos, it still offers much more. This magnificent library is located in the COEX Mall in the Gangnam district (강남). To get there, take Seoul Subway Line 9 to Bongeunsa Station (봉은사역), use Exit 7, and walk into the building. There will be clear signs inside the building.

I’ve never seen anything like it. Books as far as you can see. Originally I thought this was a bit of a novelty thing, but upon arrival I realised that it was a genuine museum that locals and students can enjoy. Love to see it.

This is a beautiful library inside the mall! It’s the best of all worlds! Great books and magazines to browse through, an attached pastries shop w coffee on the 2nd level and it’s surrounded by great clothing stores! Doesn’t get much better than this! It is also a fun place to people watch.
