This mountaintop park offers great fun and amazing peak views. Ride the Tbilisi Funicular to reach the top and before entering the park, stop by the overlook to enjoy the vistas from Tbilisi’s highest point. Have a go on the massive Ferris wheel, Ghost Castle dark ride, carousels and water slides—all while you're at over 2,500 feet above sea level. Stick around till after dark to enjoy the Tbilisi city lights from above. Entrance to the park is free though there's a fee for individual attractions and the funicular. A lot of activities in a small zoo
Very big public park with a lot of activities. As a tourist nothing much to offer other than the Tramway. Visited the mini zoo and spend some time. This seems one of the favorite location for local residents. Crowded but can enjoy. Tramway is must try. Expect overcrowded cabins. Try to get in the front cabin if you are afraid of heights

    GEORGIA - A lovely country
Spent 5 days in and around Tbilisi. Lovely place, especially the old part of town. Enjoyed the views of the countryside too-hilly, green with houses perched atop and alongside the hills. Food was interesting, both veg and non-veg. View from the hotel dining area was excellent though the complimentary buffet breakfast which was laid out was highly insufficient and the platters were just not refilled as more residents trooped in. Shortage of all food items except stone cold bread rolls. The rooms are very small. Hotel was Golden Tulip. Would not recommend the breakfast plan at all. The locals do not know how to welcome tourists-not a smile.

It is at an elevation of over 2,500 feet, indulge in a variety of attractions including a colossal Ferris wheel, the spine-chilling Ghost Castle dark ride, whimsical carousels, and exhilarating water slides. Stay until nightfall to witness the enchanting glow of Tbilisi’s city lights from above. Entry to the park is complimentary, although there are charges for individual rides and the funicular. Go only if nothing better to do!
Went on a Tuesday afternoon to the Amusement park and felt excited that would not have to wait long since there were vey few people. But what happened was quite the contrary. Planned on doing the adventure rides but alas they said it would run only if there are minimum 4 persons. Had to wait for hours to find riders for the roller coaster and octopus. Rides are accessible only through the specific card which needs to be Pre loaded and the cash box for loading are far apart. Hence loaded them with balance for all rides but couldn’t use since NO 4 PEOPLE! Also, please be aware that the 7D cinema does not use this card! There you have to pay separately. The rides are too short and hence are exorbitantly priced. Ferris wheel was the only saving grace and ended up taking it thrice just to exhaust the balance! Not worth the time or the money…

A beautiful, exciting surprise on the hill
What started out as an exciting walk up the hill overlooking Tbilisi (yep we went trekking for 1.5 hours) ended up in the discovery of this fun amusement park. The location is brilliant and they have multiple rides. Been twice so far and I have enjoyed the rollercoaster, the ferris wheel 🎡 (beautiful views) and the octopus 🐙 (she’s crazy). There are fun water rides which will drench you too if it’s hot. You will need a card for the attractions which you can keep topping up from the various cashpoints every time you go. The funicular uses this card too (we didn’t hike down then ;) and used it from to go up too second time round. 😝 Going in the evening has a charm to it with all the lights and the ambience. I prefer this, myself. And sunset 🌅… it’s beautiful from up there.

I like Mtatsminda park because easy to go by bus for 50 tetri, finally had experience with American extreme entertainment, a lot of kiosks for charge park card. But it would be fine if they add more entertainments for adults. I would happy to spend more time there. Just didn't like toilet. It was awful.

Very unfriendly and dark place. Old roller coasters, worn down old buildings, a lot of empty space. Very rude usher-ladies. Tickets are toooooooo expensive for this experience.
You need to use a local card to pay for everything, even for tickets. The way down costs 16 lari for two. We had 6 lari on the card when decided to leave, asked very groomy and unfriendly usher to replenish it only for 10 lari. She still added to the balance 16 lari. And withdrawal is impossible.
Our first bad experience in Tbilisi.

It's a great place to get away from city life, to relax with family or friends. This is one of the best places for fun and relaxation in Tbilisi. Mtatsminda Park is located 770 meters above sea level. The whole city can be seen from here. The park is divided into children's, family and extreme zones. However, you can just sit in the fresh air and enjoy the views of the city. There is an old, famous restaurant and cafe in the park where you can have dinner and enjoy the sunset.

It was a very good place to spend time at,
The Georgia eye was amazing and the rollercoaster is the most amazing part of the day it is exciting and a dose of adrenaline rush.
The cars we used to get up to the park was amazing and the view to city too.
Be careful about the people in the top of the hill they well try to fool you and collect money for nothing except that everything was amazing.
I recommend this place to the people who loves to walk and spend time with a little bit of action.

Great Amusement Park and beautiful views of the city. The park wasn’t really busy. They had rides for every age child. Very budget friendly. Most expensive part was taking the funicular to the park from the city.

We wanted explore the top of the mountain overlooking Tbilisi and thought the best way to get to the top was using the funicular. It was a cheap journey to the top with some amazing views which only took a few minutes.

Once we got to the top we had a lovely walk round the park, it had a vast amount of greenery and paths to follow your way round. We had a couple of drinks and one of the restaurants which was great to watch the world go bye.

We then decided to walk back down instead of getting the funicular, which a lovely green walk down following a path the whole way back to the bottom of the mountain.

Overall nice place for a walk but not much else todo and just needs a little bit more looking after in the park.
