This pedestrian walkway quickly became an icon of the city of Tbilisi after its opening in 2010. As photogenic by day as by night, it is one of the favourite places of the inhabitants of Tbilisi, one of its symbols, and also one of the places offering one of the best views of the city. A winning combo, which makes it an unmissable

The Bridge of Peace in Tbilisi is a stunning example of modern architecture that beautifully complements the historic charm of the city. Spanning the Mtkvari River, this pedestrian bridge is not only a functional crossing but also a symbol of unity and progress.
Designed by Italian architect Michele De Lucchi, the bridge features a sleek, glass-and-steel structure that is especially captivating at night when it is illuminated by thousands of LED lights.
These lights create a mesmerizing display, reflecting off the river and adding a magical ambiance to the surroundings.
Walking across the bridge offers breathtaking views of Tbilisi's old town and the surrounding hills.
It's a perfect spot for photography enthusiasts and anyone looking to capture the essence of Tbilisi. The bridge also connects two popular areas: Rike Park and the historic district, making it a convenient and scenic route for exploring the city.
Whether you're taking a leisurely stroll, enjoying a boat ride underneath, or simply admiring the architectural beauty, the Bridge of Peace is a must-visit landmark that embodies the spirit of Tbilisi.

The Bridge of Peace is a stunning addition to Tbilisi's skyline. Its contemporary design stands in beautiful contrast to the city's historic charm. Walking across the bridge offers a unique perspective of the Kura River and the surrounding landmarks. The LED lights create a mesmerizing display, especially at night. It's a must-visit for any traveler exploring Tbilisi!

You will need to cross this bridge as the banks of the river are of different height and the bridge allows you to access the river safely . It has xo fortune as it is sheltered and there are water fountains from you to fill your water bottle to drink under the hot sun . It dies provides some views of the old town and fortress but it is what it does only . If you are in the area, yes visit it, if not, don’t go out of the way to see it x

Beautiful pedestrian bridge that was completed in 2010, 150 meters long and that connects the old and the new town! When you are there, take a photo and cross it! In the evening you light up very nicely. On the left side of the bridge there is a very nice cafe with nice sweets.

The bridge stands out due its green glass structure. You cant miss the peace bridge. We passed the bridge almost all the three days we were in Tbilisi. Its buzzing with tourists and vendors alike. An evening walk on this bridge is a must!

A landmark in the city and worth checking out both during the day and at night, when it’s lit up beautifully. It connects between a lovely park and a great spot in the city for dining, so is well located. Some wonderful modern art in the city.

The place we stayed was right by the bridge and we had the perfect experience. Attractions were super close to the bridge and within walking distance. If you’re thinking about going, don’t forget to check out accommodations near the bridge. 👍🏻
