Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Leghvtakhevi - ‘fig gorge’, in Georgian - is located behind Tbilisi’s renowned Sulphur Baths. This beautiful waterfall is now reachable through a series of paths and bridges behind the baths. A popular location to relax and stroll about, it is worth a visit

Truely a hidden gem, located on the other side of the fortress. Lovely gorge with a waterfall and typical Georgian architecture. Must see.

Tbilisi owes its presence and being the capital of Georgia to this place. The name Tiflis means the hot spring, and that's why this city was built.

Seeing this waterfall surrounded buy ancient walls right in the middle of Tbilisi was one of the most memorable surprises to us! My friend who lives in Tbilisi took us there saying that she will show us something 'very unusual'. We went there when it was dark and the view was amazing. We even managed to come very close to the waterfall and stand right next to it. I can still hear its noise. The walls around just tell you how much history and untouched since then architecture is there in that fascinating city. This is not the only surprise that you can see there and I do not know how come that Tbilisi has not become one of the obvious destinations for people.

This is right in the middle of the busy streets of Tblisi, a mini spring. The water flows from the waterfalls and meets the river. It is little place to sit and relax.

Buildings have open balconies with hand made wooden railings, this is a true Georgian style architecture from 19th and first half of 18th century.

Nice troll in the historic center of town where you can see the waterfall. It is surrounded by the traditional Turkish baths in the area. Very photogenic and pleasant.

. Walked uphill along the Bathhouse trail of Abnotubani quarter to the foot of Narikala Fort and came across the beautiful bridge having "Love Padlocks" built across the "Legvachtahvi Gorge".Lots of plush hotels in the vicinity and also spotted a few playful stray cat's playing on the bridge.Walked further down the gorge and came across a street musician welcoming tourists with trumpet music. After viewing the Legvachtahvi waterfalls made my way back to the bridge and walking down the hill found my way into St George Church which is the Cathedral of the Georgian Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic church

This is such a pretty little gorge in the middle of the city. It is lined with attractive old buildings and has some lovely little bridges.
