We were apprehensive about going on the trip as we were early in the season, but it was the best decision we had made! Whale Swim, Fish and Dive Tours were so accomodating, friendly, passionate about their job. Saw many whales and was worth every...More

Fantastic day out on the water and surrounded by whales. No need in taking an expensive flight out to islands when we saw 20 plus just on a day tour. Though it wasn’t hard to find the whales this team did a great job in...More

We knew the trip was going to be good but didn’t think it was going to be so good. The enthusiasm from the two crew members was infectious as we spotted our first whales and it just got better from there. A truly great adventure,...More

This was a well-run trip right through from efficient booking and communication beforehand to competent and pleasant staff, and a good day out. One of the highlights for us was stopping for a tasty lunch (filled croissants, apples, cake and water) on a small and...More

Thanks for your feedback and glad you enjoyed the trip and the whales despite the bumpy conditions. Just to clarify our NZ built boats are 8.5m, 7.6m and 7m long and they all have camping style toilets on board.

Did not get to swim with the whales, so it was a very expensive boat ride to see them. Was nice to see them at least.More

Thanks for your feedback. We go to great lengths to explain to any body who books at the very start of the season (Late June/early July) that the chances of swimming with whales then is significantly reduced due to the limited number of whales around...More

Thanks for your feedback, however a lot of what you have stated is not factually correct. Firstly, we are based in Tonga (not NZ) and have lived here for over 5-years. At no time do we try to pressure anyone to book with us in...More

The cost was TOP495 (NZD365) per person for the full day including pick up and return to Liku'alofa Resort. Sandwich lunch, morning coffee also included as was, for those who swam, all snorkelling gear including wetsuits.
