We chartered a boat with some friends to visit Rock Islands. The tour guilds introduced the history of this area and leaded us to the Milky Way. Full of fun and loved this trip very much.

The pictures Palau shows of these islands are really amazing. Unfortunately it is not possible to visit them because they are protected. You can only see them from the boat or from the helicopter at prohibitive prices. A 45 minutes helicopter tour cost between USD...More

We did several snorkeling trips around the Rock Islands. We also took a flight seeing tour over the islands of Palau! They are even more beautiful from the air!

The best place to explore the Rock islands is by a Cessna aircraft which can be hired for 250 dollars per person for a 55 min ride .Me and my dive buddy took it and luckily the weather was ok.

We enjoyed a great flight around Palau. Yes the pictures are this vivid. If you get the chance to view this area by air and sea, do it.

We were in Palau for 9 days. The Rock Islands are one of the prettiest place we've seen. The islands and water around then are beautiful and the diving is incredible and with the every penny!

We went out on a rainy day and there was literally no one around (at least for the first little while). It wasn't the nicest of weather but it was still breathtakingly beautiful. We went on a private boat so there was just three of...More

I had no idea how many small islands were part of Palau. Small islands that form around bodies of water which keeps the wave action virtually non existent. Waters were very calm, and corals were plentiful and easily viewed from the kayak. There are also...More

Best to avoid the popular spots, including jellyfish lake, which has become overcrowded to the point of impacting the jellyfish. But there are so many islands, and so many snorkeling and dive spots, that it won't be hard to find a place to yourself, where...More

Resorts have snorkel guides and options. It's easy to book through your hotel. Snorkeling is great! You can do it right out front of the resort at Palau Pacific. But any hotel can arrange it for you.
