The museum gave a good briefing of Palau's history, people, culture, wild animals, recent development of the country. We feel good to know more the island and its people.

Strongest on the years before the US Trust Status, and especially on the Spanish, German and Japanese periods of the islands' history, this is a good little museum for an hour or so's distraction. Cafe and shop on site.

Great place to see to learn some details of Palau and its culture! The store had nice souvenirs too.

This is a very nice, in depth historical museum. Be prepared for lots of reading! There is also a gift shop and restaurant that serves wine and beer on site.

Wanted to see it while here in Palau. Highly recommended by fellow travelers. Unfortunately it is closed on Mondays. Check before going.
