As you port and head into the mall, you will find many people trying to sell you tours and adventures. Go with Levi Tours. They were in the red. It was $70 for the two of us ($35 pp) and that was an hour and...More

The Tchou Tchou Train was a great experience when visiting Noumea for the day after arriving on a cruise ship. Lots of spots and history along the way. Not too long of a trip so plenty of time to do more exploring afterwards.

We spent possibly the best two hours of our stay in Noumea being driven around the city. Our guide was most informative and full of humour. If you want to see more of than you expected we can certainly recommend this trip.

There was a huge rush of people leaving our ship to get to their bookings but the staff handled everything very well. Our driver was very fun, funny and knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable. Saw some great spots and learned some interesting facts.

My grandchildren loved their ride on the train. They had a great ride. We will go back again next year when I take them again.

We were looking for a way to get a feel for Noumea in the limited time we had. Though there was narration throughout the trip, the train never slowed down to allow a reasonable opportunity for a photograph. The lookouts were interesting, but time there...More

I thought this 2 hour train ride around Noumea was fantastic. Our guide Julie was excellent in providing commentary in both English and French and it was all very interesting. It started on the main strip of Ansa Vata and we had 3 stops all...More

Our ship arrived in at 3 so we had pre booked it. Wasn’t a bad tour of noumea considering we had limited time. Good English commentary the whole time. We stopped twice - would have been nice to stop more esp to take photos.

Our first stop on our cruise on the Pacfic Aria. Our guide was full of info. Saw the highlighs of Noumea. The stops and lookouts were very good. A good way to see Noumea in the short amount of time that we had in port.

We had an hour and a half trip, this trip was sold on the basis of the promised visit to the Noumea stately home; when we arrived we were told it was closed, we were then taken for a tour of the vegetable garden, ho...More

Was about $45 aud on board ship. The train was waiting on the dockside for us as we disembarked and brought us back to the ship (dropped us off in the City so we could explore)
