Beautiful bridge that lights up at night! The bridge goes over the Missouri river and you can also see it from Amelia Earhart's birth house! Go to see her house and don't miss out on the Trolley tour!

We crossed over the bridge coming and going. It was a nice memorial to her. You can see it from her house.

This bridge stretches across the Missouri River between Atchison and the state of Missouri and leads to an attractive riverfront park and walking path.

the path along the river is beautiful. I ran it daily. The park is quiet. There is very little traffic. I could start in the city and run into the cornfields.

Yes, it's just a bridge, but at night it's so beautiful. When we entered town the other night, the bridge was lit up red with moving lights and it was SO beautiful!

The bridge was finished in 2012 and can be seen from the nearby Riverfront Park. I would not recommend pedestrians cross the bridge. It is also intended for bicycles but use extreme caution as this is a small town unaccustomed to such activities.

This is a unique bridge joining Missouri and Kansas. It is a vast improvement over the old bridge. Unfortunately there is no pedestrian lane for walking across the Missouri River. The arch spans just the Kansas side. I have been told this was because Missouri...More

This is quite a bridge that I'm happy was rebuilt in its original location. I'm also happy that it has the name of Atchison's #1 claim to fame. It carries you across the Muddy Mo, from Missouri, directly into the city of Atchison, Kansas. Check...More
