An architecture gem encouraged by the famous Madamn Lynch, I believe, with obvious French influence, a real beauty!!!

It is so unusual that the Government facilites are open, open. No heavy security There is no perimeter that blocks the building, so enjoy the visit and walk arorund.

Very interested by the reviews of this major building in Asuncion, because certainly as of August 2017, you can't get anywhere near it. All the streets are blocked off by the military, who will raise their guns if you even attempt to wander within a...More

アスンシオンを代表する建物、Palacio de Gobierno。当然ながら周辺は常に多くの警官が警備に当たっていて、安全です。美しいコロニア建築を観に是非訪れて下さい。 Centro area is said to be unsafe for foreigners, but it's safe enough here around Palacio de Gobierno. And if you are watching yourself and front/behind, then you may enjoy walking this area safe. It's heart of Asuncion sightseeing.

The Government Palace is a stunning piece of architecture and is worth viewing from front and back. The guards can get a bit funny if you get too close but otherwise it is worth a visit

Beautiful building which offers great photograps from many locations. Security was very tight after the recent riot so not possible to approach too close

This is one of the most iconic images of Asunción and you should see it both in the day and at night for different views. You can get some great views from the sidewalk in front - just stay off the grass as that is...More

Almost no "public" buildings in Paraguay are publicĺy accessible. The palace is strictly guarded by the army and definitely not accessible. Regarding the transport, I think the best way to discover Asuncion is walking. The... More
