Very nice museum with a Emerald workshop and store. The staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The workshop was small but pretty cool, and the shop has some amazing jewelry.

They tell you about how emeralds are formed and then have many wxamples. The guide as very knowledgeable and pleased to answer questions. We came away with a new understanding and appreciation of emeralds!
This place was very informative and interactive. The people are knowledgeable and you do learn a lot. It is a good place for adults and children, as the museum is set up in a way where you feel like you are mining for emeralds yourself....More
It is located in Avianca building at 23th floor. The visits are only guided and can be either in English or Spanish. The initial video must need upgrade because is recorded like 10 years ago.
