Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I was wondering since when the Hacienda Santa Barbara got so bad as it used to be one of the best shopping centres in Bogota.
We were there with family and friends and my dad was not allowed to use the disabled toilet at 9:30 pm because we were told by the cleaner that the shopping centre toilets closes at 10pm. Other toilets were dirty and in general the shopping centre has not been maintained in the last years.

Attention to customers is definitely no their priority as it used to be years ago.

The mall used to be fantastic back in my childhood during the 90's. It has gone downhill ever since the mid 2000's when they closed Pomona. From the mid 2010's forward it has just become a horrible place.
They destroyed all the majestic trees that existed outside, covered the colonial fountain and its proximities with some cheap and hideous looking plastics. The restaurants are of an awfully low quality, pidgeons often step on the tables, bathrooms are simply disgusting.

Usaquen's flea market was great before the pandemic. But then again, Usaquen has got nothing to do with the "ruins of Hacienda Santa Barbara"

I love this mall so much! Just the aesthetics alone will keep me coming back to this mall again and again. It's the best mall in Bogotá. I never do much shopping myself, just grab a coffee while I'm waiting for others to shop, but it's a perfect place for a guy to admire the architecture while drinking a coffee and waiting for your loved ones. It's soooo nice. I suppose if you needed a nice suit or new tie you might consider Andino.

A once interesting mall, just became a very unpleasant place overnight. I was having a enjoyable time went around had lunch bought a few things, went to the atm took money out and as soon as we were headed out the automated machines that receive the money to pay for parking (which in it’s self is bad enough for a paying costumer), they would not receive the bills. We went to talk the mall personal and the response was not our problem, so que inquired for a manager but the response was let them buy an ice cream so they can exchange money that will work. At that point we adamantly asked for somebody that would give us a solution, but we got the people who are in charged of the machines and their response was let them buy something or stay in the mall.
What a bad service, incredibly unhelpful and rude. I would only go back if I have no other option. Go at own risk, if something goes wrong you are on your own!

Bought coffee, ice cream, repaired glasses, and created a wish list of jewelry! Local artists show up on Sun-Mon.

If you are tired of the standard shoppingcenter with long straight walks with shop-by-shop this might be for you. Here the diverse construction makes it more entertaining to walk around. Still you have most of the shops and the obligatory place with lots of food stands.

The place is just a few blocks away from Usaquen where the Sunday market and the park as well as many nice restaurants makes it worth a visit.

This huge shopping mall is having lots of staff for everyone and it is a very large mall. Behind it, the area is changing in an old historical area, there are lots of restaurants and good places to relax.

This mall is located at what used to be an hacienda, a huge one. It is very varied, as you can find very high end stores like Mont Blanc and Tumi, and also local colombian stores. We bought some presents at a traditional store for very little money.
