A beautiful square where children can play, have fun, and have a good time. Thanks to the security program of the police and the mayor's office, this place was once again a safe place, even at night.

This beautiful and calm place is found just in the middle of the busy La Paz City. Going here is like stepping into a haven of peace and quiet, right from the busy, loud streets. The plaza is characterised by the sculpture of Eduardo Abaroa,...More

This might not be a "must see" part of La Paz, but it is interesting for those wanting to know a bit more about Bolivia's history and pursuit of recovering its coastline. It has lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby.

This urban park with a Japanese flavor is the center of the Sopocachi area and nearby are a number of excellent restaurants and coffee shops.

What makes it famous? It is located in the so called bohemian area of La Paz. It is a nice place to sit under the tree shade. There is the statue of the supposed hero of the Sea War (long story why it is supposed).

Probably La Paz' cleanest and most organized square in one of its chiquest neighbourhoods. Perfect place to just sit on a bench and look at people walking their fancy thoroughbread poodle, or at the skateboarders practice their latest moves and tricks near the bottom steps....More

A centric place where a lot of resident people met but also tourists. Often when in the Prado happened protest activities, you can find a quiet place to benefit
