This place is a unique and interesting food hall with quality, delicious local dishes served in tiny restaurant type cubes. Definitely go have lunch here. Not many veg options but you can ask for a plate without meat

Fun to walk around, a lot was closed unfortunatly but we had fun. Other markets in Bolivia are more lively. The view from the top to plaza the San Fransisco is cool. Get a juice from the passageway below, tasty and cheap!

Get to the last floor and order fresh fish. We paid 20 Bs for an extremely tasty and huge plate. The market is not particularly nice compared to others in South America but it was definitely the best value for money we found!

Perfect place to a lunch. They have small sandwich, it's very cheap, and it's very good. In some place, it can smell weird, but you know it's bolivia.

One of my favorite things about South America is the abundance of juices, and Mercado Lanza did not disappoint. Papaya and milk is my favorite. If you're a tourist, make sure to ask for juice made with milk rather than water. There are lots of...More
