Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I have been going to this market for all my lunches and food shopping. There's a thousand stalls Wellingborough all sorts: cheap juices and food! Really worth a visit and it's location is great!

This place is a unique and interesting food hall with quality, delicious local dishes served in tiny restaurant type cubes. Definitely go have lunch here. Not many veg options but you can ask for a plate without meat

Perfect place to a lunch. They have small sandwich, it's very cheap, and it's very good. In some place, it can smell weird, but you know it's bolivia.

If you're looking for a cheap authentic meal in La Paz, this is the place to go. It's a massive building with hundreds of small restaurants to get a cheap meal from. The best restaurants are at the top and usually you can get soup and a large plate of food for 8-10 bolivianos. I've also had some of my favorite food in Bolivia here! It's cheap, clean, and definitely off the beaten path.

Although not particularly visually appealing, this large produce market is a fantastic place to grab Bolivian food, fresh fruit juice, sandwiches & even flowers, all for fantastic prices. I visited as part of the Red Cap Walking Tour & had one of the freshest & tastiest avocado sandwiches I have ever eaten from Café Esperanza – really recommended.

Mercado Lanza is a very large 3-story marketplace right in the center of the historic district of La Paz, steps away from San Francisco church. The market has stall selling everything imaginable, and to top it off has a fantastic food court on the third level. The food court has dozens of small restaurants, side by side, where you can have breakfast and lunch freshly made on the spot, and prices that would make you sing.

This “parking lot” market has many stalls on 4 floors. You will find all kinds of edibles, everything from soup to nuts. There’s fresh meat, fish, produce, bakery items and snack places. Besides that, there is clothing, shoes, books, toys, housewares, jewelry and flowers for sale, among many other things. There is an assortment of restaurants that serve traditional Bolivian fare. Very reasonable prices. I had 2 very tasty saltenas and a fresh blended fruit juice for $2. These food places are thriving with the locals. They would rather eat here than at any fast food joints. One of the people I was on the tour with asked quite loudly, if there was a “McDonalds” here. There are no McDonalds here, or in fact all of Bolivia.

Paola, the lady from the balu juice bar is really nice and she offers the best fresh juices and fruit salads in this market! You can find her on the second floor, you must pass along the other ladys offering juice and walk straight to her bar with balu on it, it's worth it!

Tudo bem?
