Sat in to Leens gourmet restaurant for a cup of tea not having looked at the price. I've just paid 35 dirham / 8e for one cup of tea. The female staff member was friendly and offered a refill of hot water.

Amazing and Unique Mall

Amazing Mall! All staff are friendly, the mall is very clean and have a lots choices that you can buy foods and clothes, home decor, luxury brands.

Went for movie and after finishing the movie all the escalators were switched off and all the people had to wait long time for the lifts or walk down the escalator. Also u r being charged 10 dirhams for parking as they say that u have exceeded 3 hr time period. So a person going for a movie have to pay this fees As there are no means to extend the parking ticket like in other malls which has theatres. Staff in food stall of cinema are very rude. The way he was filling the pop corn cups shows his frustration. Pathetic experience all together

Wonderful place with almost everything!

We stayed next to thhe mall so we visited often. Quiet and orderly with a fair number of shops, a more than adequaie food hall and Lulu, an amazing hypermarket. For the young ones there are slides from the top down. Easy to get around and well worth a visit.

Lulu Hypermarket is amazing!!

We walked through the Mall & Souk but this review is mainly about the Lulu Hypermarket. As with any hypermarket, this one is huge with pretty much anything you could ever want, food or non-food related, all at reasonable prices. We ordered a selection from the hot food and salad counters, everything tasted fresh and was good value.

Do not buy here - major rip off!

DO NOT buy here even if staff seem polite and courteous - at least double inflated prices for cruise tourists - better to hold off to airport duty free. Honestly they will take advantage of your good nature!!

Best Mall in Abu Dhabi!

Nice big mall exactly on the heart of Abu Dhabi.
You should spend hole day to visit all stores and sales.
Amazing food is represent by Hatam restaurant, nice staff and tasty kebab.
To make up your adrenaline use the scary slide. It made my day.
Recommend stores are Max, Brand for less, Mumuso, Centrepoint and others.
Don't forget to visit arabic souk and buy souvenirs for your family!

I visited this mall on my first night here in Abu Dhabi. I just grabbed a cab from the hotel and asked the driver to take me to a mall, and this is the one he chose. Upon entering, mall security checked my Alhosn App which is a UAE Covid vaccine passport. It took me a bit of effort to get registered in it and upload my US vaccination record a few days ago, and I thought I was good to go. Evidently, I needed it to show a negative PCR test as well. One mall cop said I could get one downstairs at some clinic they have which I did. Security here was polite and friendly, and I don't think they would have refused me entry if I wouldn't do it, and I'm glad I did. Abu Dhabi is not like Dubai; they are a whole lot more serious about Covid safety. Everywhere I go, they're either taking my temperature or checking this app or both. Makes it a whole lot easier to do the things I want to do with total green status on the app. And you know something, it makes me feel safe that the government is very serious about protecting people's health. And the people here seem to be supportive of these strict measures, unlike back home where a semi-violent, noisy minority of people whine and scream about being denied their rights. Selfishly, they don't believe in everyone's human right to good public health. I think they're unhappy with their own lives by a lack of both professional and personal achievement, so they want to make everyone else miserable like they are. And you know who their narcissistic leader is don't you?. Enough, I just wound-up going to the Lulu Hypermarket here at the mall. Hypermarket is a term they use here for a glorified supermarket I think. This place is very clean and well stocked. Ended-up buying a couple salads, some fruit, and a little chocolate as well. And by the way, that PCR test was around $15, unlike the US where you can pay over $200 unless you're sick. And my negative results showed-up on the app by the time I woke-up the next morning.

up to a client and work as a food AND beverage. I would understand why you have set up the candy box service and don't have proper carrying bags. all the sweets I brought home are spoiled on top of each other and it is not even possible to show them to my guests. I have to blame the owner for not caring about the customers, the staff not having the expertise to detect these issues and why you have people at the checkout with no information about it.
