We had prayed our Juma Salath and went to the Corniche. The Weather was so nice and cool breeze was flowing. I felt like nothing, cannot describe in words. We found one guy catching fish and he got hold of one nice fish there. It was great experience.

In U.K. The Corniche would be described as a promenade. It stretches in an an arc pretty much from City Centre to the Museum of Islamic Art at Souq Waqif area & beyond - I think some 3 or 4 kms. It is well tended & broad. Parents kids joggers all coast along this esplanade. Apart from the magnificent sky... More

After more than 8 years, this place become more an street than an attraction. It is nice if you get the right day and time, but there are days like weekends, in special Friday, that in some spots, the public is not that nice despite relatively safe. Near the MIA I believe that is the best spot to also enjoy... More

One of my favorite places in Doha to go outside and enjoy the great winter weather! The Corniche is beautiful and offers breathtaking views of the most iconic places in Doha. I run here a few times a week and never tire of passing the MIA and the lit up Dhows, and seeing the Sheraton in the distance. Highly recommended!

Pavement is already in bad condition. Unpleasant for kids to walk on the pavement. Good view, you can sit anywhere along corniche. You can visit day or night. It is a safe place for anyone even though not very well lit. No teasing or harassment of single ladies if they were to visit there alone.

Very beautifully done promenade...some places are such that instantly connect with you this is one such place...Nice place for everyone to relax over in the evening...Provides great view of Doha's skyline. Do enjoy the Doha special Traditional Dhow (boat) cruise in the evenings. Remember these cruise are cheaper and mostly you can get a good bargain deal for each cruise.

It is a really pleasant walk especially in the evenings. It gives amazing views of the city and is utilised by both tourists and locals. There is even a half decent Costa.
