It was Ramadan when we were there. So night time was busy and great atmosphere. During the day was very quiet.

This place is great! Big selection of food and shops. It's very modern but has been designed to look and feel traditional. If you visit in summer like us, go after 9pm when it's cooler and there are more people around

Nice place to visit to grab few souvenirs. Love the architecture and the vibe! It's sad to walk through the pets section of the market to see how badly they're treated! Otherwise, great place and a must see!

This might look initially like another generic Arabic Bazaar, but on close inspection, you notice is much more. It is a high end, sanitized version of an Arabic Bazaar. Almost like a Disney version of a bazaar. However, it retains enough of the local and...More

What can I say about this place? Its the oldest traditional Souq in the middle east and as you walk through it with its smells, sights and sounds you are almost taken back to a land when Arabian knights mixed with the Bedouin people as...More

Nice place to visit if you have a stopover/ling transfer un Doha. Quite lively and original athmosphere. Weather is often so hot that daytime visit may be challenging. This includes in QA complimentary city tour.

The place is spread out in small streets and is okay if one wants to get a taste of Arab food, street activities and more. However, it is a bazaar so do not expect high quality stuff. There are a number of fine restaurants tucked...More

We just walked around to find a place to eat. It is a decent sized market. All restaurants had a menu outside so you could see prices and what they offered. It's all casual and most has outside seating to see the market and... More
