At the end of the tour, we were treated to some welcome refreshments, and just the... More

Grand Mosque is a place you should go to visit. We used to go to Eid prayers there and it contain a huge library. If you had a chance to go tour, don't hesitate to ask about any religious questions comes to your mind. In that marvelous place you will find the answer.

Went for a morning tour. The visit lasted around an hour or so. The guide, Ms. Fatma Azreh (Im not sure I got the last name correct), was amazing and so knowledgeable. At the very entrance, you get a nice welcome (tea/ coffee/ snacks) and then you proceed on to visiting the mosque. Meanwhile, they will provide the proper attire... More

Took an evening tour which started at 1700. Very interesting and helpful guide who spoke good English. Tour lasted just under an hour and we then able to stay and watch people assemble for their prayers at 1800. Thank you for a very insightful and enjoyable visit.

You need to book a free guided tour, and please do so. It is just 30 minutes or so and photographs are allowed. If you have never been into a mosque, this is a great one to experience.
