The Souq has an extensive amount of shops and restaurants. You'll find that the souq is split up into various districts. You'll have a women's market, gold market, travel, home, watches, money exchange, fresh food, perfume market and much more. It's a great place to get lost in and haggle with the shop owners. You'll find that many of the... More

Traditional souk with different sections for the vegetable , meat , fish, textile and many other things to see. It is nice to go there in the afternoon and just walk in the narrow streets, shop for souvenirs and talk to the friendly merchants.Don't miss sitting at the local cafes and restaurants and enjoy the local food

If in Kuwait, you have to visit popular Mubarakiya. Food is great, portions huge. It is old part of Kuwait where you can feel the taste or Arabia, or buy some nice souvenir.

Like the vintage look of the souk. The restaurants around it serving Arabic foods are nice. Loads of good shops selling spices and perfumes.

Souq Mubarakiya is one of the very few places in Kuwait which is still trying to preserve the traditional spirit of the area (Kuwait and the Middle East in general). There are many entrances to the souq and many alleys, so it's very easy to get lost if you are in a group or if you are looking for a... More

A traditional "shopping mall" catering mainly to food, perfume and clothing, but it is possible to find almost anything in the numerous winding by-lanes inside this huge market. Perfect for strolling amongst the crowds, window shopping or catching up with the many arts/musical events that are held in the market center place most evenings.
