As the title says Not much to see here. Only a handful of shops and if you go upstairs in this place the shop staff are very very pushy. Clean place located next to the police station

Small shops that sell cheap stuff that you could find everywhere and any where ... few traditional shops that sell Halwa (traditonal Bahraini sweets).

Market caters to Indian and Bengladesh expats. Nothing worth buying. Save and ok for a casual walk. Low quality merchandise.

Great place to wander around and buy souvenirs, watches, phones, clothes, gold and sweets :) In fact, I think they have everything you need there! Even the traditional Arabic restaurants.

I took a taxi here in the afternoon and was disappointed. Lots of shops were closed and there wasn’t much of an atmosphere around. Having been to other Souks in the world, this one will not stick out in my memory. The three shops that...More

This is a good and traditional market, but it does not compare with the one in Cairo or Istanbul. If you have not experience markets with narrow streets and vendors offering you their products to sale, then it is worth taking an hour or two...More

It is a great area for shopping (many vendors). Very good prices, and they are willing to negotiate price on most products.
