The tour of the Grand Mosque in Bahrain was an amazing site, both exterior and interior. The tour guide was spectacular in explaining the Muslim Faith and made the visit much more worthwhile.

The mosque is very impressive from the outside but has nothing amazing inside. If you are in a rush it wouldn’t be worth going in.

This was my second visit. It’s a very tranquil place and has a nice vibe. You have to go with a tour guide. They’re great! Really friendly people who are so happy to talk about the mosque and Islam. Interesting visit. Worth it!

While eveyone was friendly and explained Islam and the mosque. It also felt a bit like a recruitment for conversion session.

We had an excellent guided tour with a very enthusiastic placid guide who went into some detail explaining not just the differences but, more importantly, the commonality between Islam and Christianity. Although I had lived in Bahrain in the 90’s I had never had it...More

We toured on Thursday... there is plenty of parking right outside . Most mosques do not allow tourism on Fridays as it is their main worship day
