I visited the museum along with my fatherly friend (late) Ahmed Furaih along with his daughter 3 years ago or so. He's no more fighting cancer last year. It's a very well maintained museum with plenty of history anecdotes of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It's old possessions of war planes, radars and even royal carrier. The museums like this... More

This is one of the hidden gems of Riyadh. Most people wouldn't think an aviation museum would be that fun, but this place is great! The displays are really well thought out on multiple levels, the space has been used very thoughtfully. There is a lot to see both inside and outside, and they have a 3D cinema and flight... More

The Museum was so much bigger and better than expected. Very impressive Collection of planes of different types. We came on an ordinary weekday, and I was surprised to see lots of local families there. Very good information also for People who do not read Arabic since signs are in English. The most interesting part for me was the information... More

Incredibly well maintained, the museum is closed during 12-4 so visit from 4-8, the sunset provides amazing pictures as a backdrop to the huge variety of Aircraft on Display.

This Aviation Museum speaks of Aviation Industry of Saudi Arabia since start and has many planes (which became obsolete / worth as Antique) kept there for display and enjoyment by Kids. I went with my kids and it was worth going there as Kids enjoyed the Trip a lot.

There are many retired aircraft from inception to current times of the Saudi Royal Air Force displayed. They didn’t ask for an entrance fee. Not sure if we came during the right time. Many exhibitions seems to be unmaintained. You can only view them from the outside, but you can’t enter any airplane. Maybe this is possible at other times,... More
