Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Degrading experience. This place wants to be the “new downtown” of Amman however they leave out a big portion of the population by not allowing males in without a female companion. If you’re a Western tourist or you speak English fluently then no problem. Now if you’re a solo male who’s a local or an Arab tourist, they will NOT let you in. It’s very discriminatory as they assume all Arab men will cause trouble in their venue. While the street is nice, it’s definitely pretentious and not really all that...if you’re a tourist, I’d recommend a more authentic experience in real downtown.

Also from my personal experience, the security personnels didn’t let me in as I was a single male. I asked for management and each gate told me the management was at a different gate...entire experience was terrible as I was walking a lot in cold weather for what? Won’t be going back again next time I’m in Amman.

First of all they don't guide you well, if it was your first visit, to the entrances. Also the security don't behave professionally with the visitors especially with the "families only" rule. For me he could finally let me get inside, but I turned back of what he did actually said. It is a a shame!

Very beautiful place. Many restaurants are situated here, serving tasty food. Not fully functional and also not very crowdy. Also organising a musical concert in the evening, with free entry to anyone.

Obviously you will not learn how to attract people and let go of the cast attitude you are famous for. Once more, abdali boulevard have proven that the mere concept of marketing is strange to them.
YOU are missing the point of providing entertainment to shoppers during festivities. IT IS TO ATTRACT MORE SHOPPERS. Not to charge them including their kids money to shop or dine in your outlets.
I’m shocked that shop owners agreed to allow you to charge people like that.
It really hurts to keep seeing greed and stupidity control our society. Your center was empty tonight. Did the entrance charge make you rich enough to afford loosing customers to your tenants. Try to redo the math.
What a shame.

Let’s you in only if:

- You’re accompanied by a female, a human female preferably.

- You’re driving a 70K+ JD worth car.

- You’re driving a car with a gulf country plate.

The above only applies in some seasons, which are unpredictable, unannounced, the security guard will let you know when you arrive.

one of the worst experiences of my life,
it was one of the most degrading and offensive moments of my life. no one felt welcome security was taking their authority to another extent and worst of all it was that you need a female humane being to accompany you to enter any building which made 0 sense and the rule is easily corrupted. like I was talking to security as a group of savage-looking teens entered the building which was a qu just to leave. I've never felt such hate towards a place in my life. my advice is that if you do not have a female companion or million dollar car just go to the park as it offers less lung cancer

I am an American tourist and I brought my Jordanian friends to buy some gifts at the no tax prices as they are supposed to be in all duty-free shops in the world! What is different this time is that they refused selling anything to tourists and foreigners but tobacco and liquor at the regular prices!!
The only people who can buy anything at tax free prices are only DIPLOMATICS!
There was no clear sign for this new stupid law!
Besides, the staff who work there are very RUDE and IGNORANTS! They give a very bad idea about Jordan and Jordanians!
I do not recommend anybody going there because you won’t be able to buy anything unless you’re a diplomatic and you will be treated disrespectfully for not doing anything!

A well made boulevard with lots of options for food and drinks. The atmosphere is great with large walking space. The attached mall is also quite large with all brands around. A great place to spend time, walk, drink and eat and spend good time. Recommend to visit for sure

The Abdali Mall is the newest and probably the largest mall in Amman. iI's at the end of the Boulevard if your coming from the Rotana hotel side. The mall despite being modern and nicely decorated is rather dead and lots of areas with signs for lease. Surprisingly the food court is as well fairly quiet unlike any other mall in town. I think the management should be active in creating marketing activities to generate traffic. Overall recommended
