I went here based on the recommendation of friends. It is in the quiet area of Neve Tzedek, so if you are there anyway, I definitely recommend stopping by. The history is really interesting and I truly loved the clay work of the artist who lives there. You are able to walk around the house, including an upstairs area with some paintings and the back courtyard which has loads more clay work as well as some vintage posters about palestine. I really loved seeing this house and the artwork.

Learn about one of the founders of the first new Jewish neighborhoods in almost 2000 years in the original home. Rokach's daughter still lives there at age 86, and her art appears throughout.

This home of one of the founders of the Neve Tzedek neighborhood is filled with history. A knowledgeable guide with explain the dream of Shimon Rokach to leave Jaffa in 1887 to create a neighborhood for Jews outside of Jaffa. The granddaughter, able artist and potter restored the home to its original condition. Each room contains a setting of the way the family lived. The granddaughter filled it with her marvelous female figures in pottery and her paintings as well. I fell in love with this important gem of history
