Usually it isn't worth it to me however for me to spend money at a spa and end up coming out of it worse than how I came in is a problem. I got my legs waxed and (although I understand Israeli impatience after living here, shouldn't a spa be one of the places to expect this to be calmed... More

Thank you very much for taking the time to write your review. We appreciate it. We are saddened that your experience using our Spa was not as we are aiming for and every review is taken at the most serious manner. Regarding the redness on your leg shortly after the wax treatments, that is a common side effect that pass... More

We ordered breakfast, massage and pool use. The buffet breakfast was very good and tasty, the massage was perfect and the outside heated pool was enjoyable. The hotel is luxurious. We definitely come again.

Had the best day at the spa at the David citadel hotel in Jerusalem. My day started with the most delicious breakfast followed by the butiful and peaceful spa, wet and dry sauna, and a perfect massage treatment by Aharon. Thanks to the amazing spa manager Tal Farkash for her grate suggestions for this perfect morning. I will be back.

Complete unprofessional, exceptionally rude, overpriced with unethical service. They rushed the manicure and the said they had to close early not letting the nails dry and then the nails got chipped before even leaving. Amateur and disappointed, it's not fair to rush a service, rather say you can't offer the appointment for a premium service. Really unhappy!

I visited David Citadel hotel one week ago and had breakfast with my wife. The meal was tasty and fresh and the service was at a very high level thanks to Mr. SAID. I certainly will recommend this hotel for my close friends and every one who is looking for a good meal with very kind service.

The atmosphere is fine but certainly needs a facelift. The wall blowdryer dies after a few minutes, they no longer supply personal cremes and soaps for the clients. The greeting staff needs to learn how to speak to spa clients. For the amount you spend on a spa treatment I was surprised at the service.
