Tranquil, peaceful and lovely - and especially wrought with meaning if you are a believer and know that He is risen indeed. And even if you don't, one should explore to get time out from the buzz of Jerusalem and for a moment of tranquil.
I'm a Christian myself, and my visit to this place leaves a deep impression to me. The supposed tomb of Jesus is well-maintained for tourists to see, the garden is wonderful, the guide is knowledgeable. You can see Golgotha as well. Impressive.
I really loved the tranquility of this place. There were different tour groups so a lot of people but turns were taken. A solemn place to visit but I liked it so much better than the Chruch of the Holy Sepulchre. More serene and reflective.

You are really missing out if you skip the tour. Since the tour is free and only takes about 20 minutes, there is no reason to by pass it. It will help you to understand what you are looking at and why this site is so... More
