With the traffic circle below, it's difficult to see from below. But the lookout above had a great view. I think you need to be a church member or special permission to actually visit.

Be prepared to walk and climb stairs. Alternatively, start at the top of the hill, at the Promenade level, and just walk in the upper gardens. We visited in the fall on the cusp of the Israeli winter, so there were not a lot of...More

Just a wow. We had private guide and were able to walk down several hundred stairs. This place is gorgeous and had a great story and history. Worth a visit.

Beautifully landscaped gardens to honor the Bahai faith and the tomb of the founder. Wear appropriate clothing if you visit

We went to the top of the hill. Wide scenic view of Haifa and outstanding view looking down upon the terraced gardens. 50 salaried caretakers and 300 volunteers keep everything fresh and green. Very much worth a visit.

The Beautiful Bahai gardens overlooking the city were nonetheless stunning in spite of arriving 15 minutes before closing. A wonderful spot to stop for a photo with free admission is the must see stop for anyone visiting Haifa!

There are, but not easy to find. At the upper side there are more. Almost all of them are paid.

It's free to enter the gardens. Not sure if there is a charge for the guided tour.
