The zoo is very nice and friendly, different interesting animals and a lot of places to rest and have a nice ice cream.

This zoo should be closed and the animals relocated. It is a zoo from the dark ages. I have no doubt that the animals are cared for but the enclosures are primitive and inadequate particularly the Bengal tiger living alone in a tiny glassed-off enclosure. It looked miserable as did many other solitary animals. I do not recommend that any... More

I went to the ticket window, and saw a woman talking on her cell phone. After waiting for her to at least acknowledge me, I asked the ticket taker at the gate if I need to buy a ticket. He shouted at her in Hebrew, and she motioned for me to wait. She then turned her back on me, and... More

It is a very nice place to visit with the family or friends. I find it a bit expensive, but if you are an animal lover then you will like this place.

Well worth a visit just for the White Bengal Tiger and the Lions. My son loves The Jungle Book, so he just loved the place. Full of regional and global animals.

My son wanted to go to the zoo and I was not enthusiastic but this zoo was quite nice. We've been to some of the best zoos around (San Diego, Philadelphia). This zoo is much smaller but has a nice selection of animals in interesting settings. We enjoyed it but it's very hilly. I would recommend it as a great... More

I love going to a zoo and seeing animals, I don't have issues seeing animals in cages as I do not know much about the animals and zoos obviously do. This zoo have got it so wrong! This zoo is on a mountain side and is very steep to go down and back up again. To cut the climb up... More

It is located in the center of the "Carmel hills ".. It's beautiful zoo, with lots types of animals. There are some paths with running water, and ducks, peacocks and chickens are walking freely ... The mostly big and beautiful zoo in Israel.
