We went on a weekend afternoon in mid-March. It was almost empty so we had no wait to get tickets or get on the cable car. A couple of tips-- there are discounts for seniors and handicapped people, but I can't imagine how someone would actually navigate the end of the walk if they were really disabled. You'd have to... Beautiful view! It was a little bit busy in the cave, but I totally understand why! Wear good shoes or you might fall!

The grottos itself are beautiful however we waited almost two hours first in the line for tickets and then in the line for the cable car for about 15-20 minutes. With that being said don't go on a holiday as you will wait forever in the sun with people pushing up against and through you! The crowd that is there... More

One of my favorite spots in Israel that always inspired me and made me love the landscape, so peaceful, unique and on the border of Israel - just the edges of the land I love so much! The most beautiful waters in the world - visit if you get a chance!

We went to Rosh Ha-Niqra yesterday as a touristy family, it was good fun on the cable car and the film and grottos were pretty but the lines were not well managed

The Lonely Planet made this out to be a lot more that i thought it was. The caves are interesting but not extensive and the whole site felt dated. The first set of ticket offices were closed but turns out you ignore this and simply go to the cable car.

It is just 10 minutes drive from Naharia. You can buy a ticket at the entrance. The north point of Israel. Amazing bay , you get there by cable car and than walk around. Do not miss the film,

I visited there a few times and always been the same, dirty, unorganized, expensive. Waiting on the line to get the tickets, lots of peeled pumpkin seeds and sunflower onthe floor, plastic water cups, paper sanck's and ice cream. blowed by the wind to the beach and the sea (shame). Not enough rubbish bins, not enough people to keep order,... More
