Beginning with an enriching short walking tour through the streets of Istanbul. Entering shops, factories and kitchens, tasting and learning about the Othman cuisine. Then a warm hospitality and a Turkish breakfast at a beautifully decorated modern apartment, where the cooking class takes place. Unlike...More

We started the afternoon with Aysen touring the neighborhood where we got to learn about the inspirations behind most turkish dishes. We loved the intimate learning experience and how informative the class was. Would definitely recommend!
